Information on local deliveries and nationwide shipping 

Balloon Deliveries and Decor for Skagit and Whatcom Counties:

Free Balloon Delivery Area: Cities of Mount Vernon, Burlington, Sedro Woolley and La Conner, zip codes 98273, 98274, 98233 and 98284.  $10 delivery fee for remaining cities in Skagit County, and $15 delivery fee for cities in Whatcom County.  Delivery fees will be manually adjusted for orders placed on-line.

Balloon Flowers and Balloon Buddy Shipments:
Shipment requests will be shipped overnight via US Express Mail Service. Please place your order at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance to ensure timely shipments. Orders are accepted and processed Monday thru Friday, except federal holidays.  For quick turnaround orders, please call us at 888-224-3837 to check schedules.  If the post office is closed, shipments are not sent out. Deliveries can be scheduled for Saturday delivery.

Unless otherwise requested, a signature will be required at the destination address.  Delivery will be attempted three times before the package is returned to Balloon Splendor.  Packages returned because no one was home will not be subject to refunds. Please provide a recipient phone number to ensure safe and timely delivery of packages.

The shipments are lightweight and large, often less than three pounds.  Thus, shipments left in an unprotected area, such as an open porch, can be blown away in moderate winds.  Keep this in mind if you want the package left at the door (no signature required).  Balloon Splendor will not be held liable if packages are lost or missing after delivery.   

Balloon Decorating Services:
Balloon Splendor will travel throughout the US for decor.
A flat fee trip charge of $25 per trip applies to all decor within Skagit and Whatcom counties, outside the free delivery area described above.

Centerpiece Shipments:
Many of our centerpieces (without helium balloons) can be shipped.  Please call 888-224-3837 or e-mail your request, including event date and desired quantity, so we can discuss pricing and shipping costs.

Flat Balloon Shipments:
Latex and foil balloons can be shipped individually or in bulk via US Mail.
