Out of Stock Items and Back Orders
If a product or service advertised on the site is not available, is delayed or is backordered due to higher than expected orders, you will be contacted to discuss available options, if accurate contact information was provided when the order was placed. Email is the preferred method of contact.
Sales Tax
Appropriate sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered or shipped within Washington State (destination based sales tax). Final invoice price may be adjusted to reflect accurate sales tax rates at the time of delivery.
Shipping Method
US Mail is the preferred shipper used by BalloonSplendor.com. Standard shipping rates and times apply. Please allow at least 3 business days to process orders, in addition to shipping time. We ship from 98273 zip code. To expedite an order, please call us at 888-224-3837.
USPS tracking of your shipment will be available online at www.usps.com once the shipment has been received by the post office. A confirmation email will be sent to you, if you provide us with an email address. Please monitor your shipment progress. If you do not receive your package by the end of day on the requested delivery date, you must notify Balloon Splendor within 24 hours to initiate corrective action.
All orders must be signed for upon delivery. After three attempts, packages will be returned to Balloon Splendor. Inflated balloon orders will not be subject to refund in this case.
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction. If our product does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us to make arrangements for a return or refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You must contact BalloonSplendor for an RMA number.
Refunds
Returns or exchanges are accepted if received by Balloon Splendor within 30 days of the shipping receipt date for flat balloon and supplies orders. Inflated balloon orders are not subject to returns. Please call us for a resolution if there is a problem with an inflated balloon order. Returned items must be unopened and unused. Refunds or exchanges require return of all product and packaging related to the items to be refunded or exchanged. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. Customized or special order products cannot be refunded. Items must be returned with shipment tracking via UPS, FedEx, or US Certified Mail. Items which cannot be tracked for receipt by Balloon Splendor will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returned items. Refund confirmation will be emailed to the customer upon receipt of unopened, unused items in good condition.
