Rental Terms:
For short term or month to month rentals a $250 security deposit is required for each tank rented. This can be cash, a check or a credit card. When the tank is returned, your deposit is returned.
Terms COD or pre-paid unless you have an account. Accounts are NET 30 from the delivery date. Please call 360-336-3030 or email for an application.
Balloon fillers and hand carts are complimentary for short term (1 week or less) rentals and can be rented or purchased. Rental is $10 each, per month. Balloon fillers (tilt valve with a guage) sell for $55. All our balloon fillers are hand tightened. Please call for balloon cart pricing.
Delivery Fees:
No delivery fee for Mount Vernon. $5 toBurlington, $10 to Sedro Woolley, $10 to La Conner, $15 to Anacortes. All other Skagit County locations, $25 per trip. For locations outside Skagit County, please call 360-336-3030.
Deliveries are often available same day or next day, and between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. weekdays, and as available on weekends. Someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Tanks will not be left otherwise.
Other information:
Customer is responsible for equipment and will be charged for missing, damaged or stolen items. Tanks should be stored where unauthorized use won't happen. They should be turned off at the valve when not in use. Balloon fillers must be removed and the cap put on if the tank is to be moved.
Although helium is not flammable, tanks must be stored so they can't fall over. Tanks are under a lot of pressure and can become a missile if the top breaks off. Check out Mythbusters for a demonstration. A rope, chain or bungee cord securing it to a post or other solid object works. Children under 18 are not allowed to operate compressed tanks in the State of Washington.
